Finding Bob is the story of a young boy who grows up in a war torn African country. The boy is an orphan who witnessed his family being killed by the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) led by the terrible JOSEPH KONY. He was enslaved and turned into a child soldier and forced to participate in horrible acts of cruelty. One day he finds a way to slip away from his captors. In the course of that escape he comes across a small satchel with a number of things in it including a small cassette player with a tape inside. The music and the message of that tape helps the boy survive and propels him on a journey to find Bob Marley the maker of the music. His journey is full of danger but he seems protected and guided by higher forces. All along the way he encounters people who help him move closer to finding Bob.
